Buffering and playback
You can change video quality settings on our videos by clicking the ‘HD’ button in the bottom corner of the video player. If you are experiencing a lot of lag time or buffering, reducing the quality setting will allow for a smoother viewing!
If you’re experiencing issues with one of our recorded productions not playing on your device, we suggest the following steps:
- There may be a brief pause before the beginning of the production. Use the time bar at the bottom of the screen to skip to the beginning of the show.
- Your browser may have saved an older version of the page you’re on. We recommend trying an alternate browser, or clearing the cache on your existing browser. Read more here on how to clear cache for many major browsers.
